• All bookings accepted by Ripon Race Co. are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

• By using this website, you confirm that you are 18 years or older, or, if under 18, that you have full parental/guardian consent.

• Using this website is free, but telephone calls may incur charges according to your operator.

Booking & Payment

Online Booking

• Our online system allows you to purchase tickets for specific areas of the racecourse.

• Prices for each meeting and date will be displayed automatically.

• Payment is via credit or debit card through our secure Verifone system.

• Once payment is made, the contract is confirmed.

Confirmation

• You will receive an order confirmation email with a reference number.

• Keep this confirmation for enquiries or in case tickets are not received.

Security

• All ticket orders (online or by phone: 01765 530530) are subject to Verifone security checks.

• Orders will be cancelled and refunded if the cardholder name/address does not match the information provided.

Tickets & Refunds

On the Day

• Tickets for all enclosures are available for purchase on race days at the course.

• Group discounts do not apply to race-day purchases.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only given if a race is cancelled by officials, or in exceptional circumstances at Ripon Race Co.’s discretion.

• Tickets must be returned 3 days prior to the race to:
  Ripon Race Co Ltd, Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1UG

• Badges/tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a meeting is abandoned at least one day prior.

• If racing is abandoned on the day, refunds are handled following racecourse instructions.

• Food and drink elements of hospitality packages cannot be refunded.

Pricing & Payment Details

• Ticket prices are valid at the time of order but may change without notice.

• Full payment must be made before tickets are sent.

• Accepted cards: Visa/Delta, MasterCard, Switch. American Express is not accepted.

• Packages must be pre-booked; they are not available on race days.

• To receive a refund for a package, all contents must be returned within 24 hours of the meeting. No refunds after the event.

• Prices are in UK Sterling, including UK postage.

• Tickets are usually dispatched 2–4 weeks before the event, depending on availability and card authorisation.

• These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

• English law applies.

By using this site, you agree to:

• Not upload files you don’t own or collect personal information without consent.

• Not damage, disrupt, or interfere with the site.

• Not use the website commercially unless authorised in writing.
