Owners and trainers with a runner on the day receive a complimentary food voucher, redeemable in the Owners & Trainers Bar, Silks & Saddles Bar, Champagne & Seafood Bar, or Club Restaurant.

A reserved viewing area is available in the Club Stand, and a limited number of restaurant tables are set aside for owners and trainers — advance booking is essential.

We invite all winning connections to join us in the Winners Room to the right of the Weighing Room, to watch a replay of the race and celebrate with a glass of fizz.

We also offer a winner’s trophy and photograph for each race.

Owners are invited to park in the Annual Badge Holders’ Car Park. ROA Members have an Annual Car Park label which allows access to this car park, whether or not they have a runner on the day.

If you are not an ROA Member, please ensure that one of the issued car park labels is clearly displayed.
Our car park staff may ask to confirm this on arrival — thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Going information will always be available on the homepage of our website on the morning of each race day.

Each intended runner is allocated six badges.

Additional badges are available at a reduced price:

• Evening meetings: £12

• Standard days: £15

• Saturdays: £17
  Payment can be made on arrival. Please provide the names of all individuals who will be allocated badges.

Syndicates
Where capacity allows, we are pleased to offer additional owners’ badges in exchange for food vouchers.

PASS System
We operate the RCA PASS System, and kindly ask that all pre-arrival requests are made directly by the owner by calling 01765 530530.
Please have your PASS card number ready, as we are unable to process requests without it.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by Elissa, our Owners and Trainers Liaison Officer, who will assist with any queries and issue complimentary refreshment vouchers to those who qualify.
