Owners and Trainers

We offer each owner and trainer (with a runner on the day), a complementary food voucher. These vouchers can be used in the NE-Bet sponsored Owners & Trainers Bar, the Silks & Saddles Bar, the Champagne & Seafood Bar and the Club Restaurant.

There is a viewing area in our Club Stand reserved for connections with runners, and a small number of reserved tables in our Club Restaurant specifically for Owners and Trainers but advanced booking for these is strongly recommended.

We invite all winning connections to join us in the Winners Room to the right of the Weighing Room, to watch a replay of the race and celebrate with a glass of fizz.

We also offer a winner’s trophy and photograph for each race.

Our Owners are invited to park in the Annual Badge holders Car Park. ROA Members have an Annual Car Park label which admits them to that car park whether or not the Owner has a runner.

If you are not an ROA Member we would be grateful if you would display one of the issued car park labels. Please do not be offended if you are asked by our car parking staff to confirm this.

Going

Going information will always be available on the homepage of our website on the morning of each race day.

Each intended runner is allocated six badges. Please call 01765 530530 or email owners@ripon-races.co.uk to request additional general admission badges. These are offered at a reduced price of £11 evenings, £15 standard, £16 Saturdays with payment on arrival. Please note we will require names and phone numbers of those to be allocated badges.

Syndicates: Where capacity allows we will permit additional owners badges in exchange for food vouchers.

We remind you that we operate the PASS System and would appreciate pre-arrival requests to be made by the owner directly via calling our office on 01765 530530.

Please quote your PASS card number as provided by the RCA, please note we cannot accept requests without this. On arrival you will be greeted by Elissa, our Owners and Trainers Liaison Officer, who will be able to assist with any further queries and issue the complementary refreshment voucher to those who qualify.
