Join us on Thursday 18th June 2026 for a fabulous afternoon of fashion, fun, and first-class racing. Ladies’ Day is always one of the highlights of the Ripon racing calendar, where racegoers showcase their finest outfits, stunning hats, and vibrant summer style.

Our ever-popular ‘Best Dressed Lady’ competition will once again take centre stage, offering a truly special prize from one of our valued partners – details to be announced soon! In 2025, the competition was kindly sponsored by Grantley Hall, with the winner enjoying an overnight stay in an executive suite with dinner for two at the luxurious five-star venue – and this year’s prize promises to be just as spectacular.

The winner of our Best Dressed Lady competition will also have the opportunity to represent Ripon in the Go Racing in Yorkshire ‘Best Dressed’ Final, competing for even more fantastic prizes decided by public vote.

We’ll also be celebrating creative millinery with our much-loved ‘Best Hat’ competition, previously supported by the talented Jenny Roberts Millinery of Harrogate. Expect eye-catching designs, bold statements, and plenty of style inspiration throughout the day.

And of course, it’s not just about the ladies – our ‘Best Dressed Gent’ competition ensures the men can get in on the action too, with prizes for the most dapper racegoers on course.

Ladies’ Day Marquee Hospitality

Enjoy one of Ripon’s most glamorous racedays from the comfort of our elegant Ladies’ Day Marquee, where guests are treated to a day of luxury, entertainment, and exceptional racing in a beautifully dressed setting overlooking the action.

Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing cocktail on arrival, followed by a sumptuous three-course lunch served at your reserved table, and later, a delicious afternoon tea to complete the experience.
